Shipping & Handling

Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is in fulfillment. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends & major holidays). There’s an additional processing time during peak holiday season.  Currently, we are shipping within the continental U.S. only.

Free domestic ground shipping is available for orders over $35.00. $7.95 flat rate ground shipping on orders under $35.00. In-store pick up orders, can be submitted online and picked up at 7624 13 Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11228.  An email confirmation of order ready will be sent to you.

We use all shipping carriers for delivery which may take 1-5 business days for delivery. Shipping notification will emailed along with tracking information. 

Please report any damages within 5 days of delivery and retain box, product, and packing material in case carrier request inspection.  Do not return the products.  Email us at and provide us with your name, order number, details, and pictures of damaged products.


Products purchased on can be returned within 30 days from purchase date with the exception of Final Sale, Clearance, Holiday Items, Customized Orders, and Gift Cards.  Products returned must be unused, in original packaging, and sellable conditions.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Any returns damaged or missing products during shipping will not be eligible for refund and sender must file a claim with carrier.

For items purchased outside of, you must contact the retailer where it was purchased regarding their return policy.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify the status of refund.   Any credits will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days of receiving item.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return according to purchase price. Once the returned item is received, a credit voucher will be emailed to you.

We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please email us for more information.
